Gluten-Free Lasagna Noodles Recipe

  • 2 eggs - let it get to room temperature before starting 
  • 2 tsp. water
  • 2 tsp. oil (I used olive oil)
  • pinch of salt
  • 1.5 cups gluten free flour. I used "better batter"... this flour can be substituted in your favorite baking recipes cup for cup to make them gluten free!!! 

This is definitely a labor of love.  But for a special occasion I think it's worth it! 

Beat together first four ingredients. 

Mix in enough flour to form a soft ball.

Roll out on floured surface. 

I divided into 4 pieces and rolled each piece out as thing as possible. 

Use pizza cutter to cut into 2" strips. 

I then placed on parchment paper to dry out a little.  I made the noodles yesterday and I'm going to assemble the lasagna this morning to cook this afternoon
